We currently only ship orders to New Zealand addresses.
We are not able to ship to an overseas address.
Contact KIWIFRENCH to let us know that you wish to return or exchange a product. The best way to do this is to fill the contact form and choose RETURNS in the subject. Once your claim is received and validated, we will send you clear instructions explaining what to do including how to return the product.

We have tried to make the delivery charges on KIWIFRENCH transparent and easier to understand by displaying costs clearly at checkout.
When your order contains products from different vendors you will receive separate parcels which means you will also need to pay delivery charges for each parcel.
KIWIFRENCH is not party to the sale of any alcohol on the platform and is an agent acting for the seller. The contract for sale is between the merchant and the customer.
Customers must be over 18 to purchase age-restricted products including alcohol. Purchases of alcohol must be signed for by someone over 18 on delivery.
